Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our team and other clients, the following fees apply for cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a €5 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour in advance or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will be charged 100% of the booking amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and schedule.
